I am a writer Member of Artist Armor. About 6 months ago I was​ ​about to collaborate with a friend on a screenplay.

Before we began,​ I asked my collaborator to join Artist Armor for our mutually protect​ion.​

M​y “friend” refused stating our friendship was more important and if we really trusted each other that was enough.

I decided not to work with him because his refusal​ to become an Artist Armor membe​r,which is free, did not sit well with me. He went on to collaborate with another mutual friend​.​. Months later​ I ​was sure I had done the right thing by backing off the collaboration. It seem​s​ he removed​ the name of our mutual​ friend​ fr​om the script​ and registered and submitted​ the script as the sole writer. I​ am grateful to​ Artist Armor for saving me the trauma my other friend is going through.

I want to thank the team at Artist Armor. I am a Actor/Writer and have been in the biz for 8 years with credits. Unfortunately some of the credits are not current. I found I was spending more time looking for an Agent or Manager than working on my craft. When I joined Artist Armor I was surprised that after a while I was contacted by an agent who like my profile. I accepted his the request to view my information and samples. I am relaxed with this since it is all through Artist Armor and if all goes well I will have representation in Hollywood.
