By accessing or using Artist Armor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Artist Armor.

2. Account Registration & Security

You may browse Artist Armor as a visitor, but certain features require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Keep your password secure and confidential.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. User Categories

Artist Armor supports three main user roles:

3.1. Visitors

Visitors may view publicly available works, profiles, and blog content. Visitors may not download, redistribute, or reuse artwork without explicit permission from the artist.

3.2. Artists

Artists are creators who upload, list, or sell their original works on the Platform.
By posting or selling content, Artists:

• Represent and warrant that they own or have lawful rights to the work.

• Grant Artist Armor a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and promote their work for the purpose of operating the Platform.

• Retain full ownership and copyright in their works unless expressly transferred in writing.

• Agree not to upload content that infringes, harasses, or violates another’s rights.

• Are responsible for setting prices, delivering commissioned work, and ensuring accuracy of listings.

3.3. Buyers

Buyers are users who purchase or license works from Artists through the Platform. Buyers agree to:

• Pay all listed prices, taxes, and processing fees.

• Use purchased works only as permitted by the applicable license.

• Not resell, modify, or redistribute any artwork without authorization.

4. Marketplace & Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By using Artist Armor, you agree to Stripe’s [Services Agreement] and [Privacy Policy].

• Artist Armor does not store your full payment information.

• Artist payouts, fees, and commissions will be clearly stated before any transaction.

• Refunds and chargebacks will be handled according to our [Refund & Payment Policy].

Artist Armor may suspend payments or withhold funds if fraudulent or disputed activity is detected.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Post or sell work that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.

• Engage in harassment, stalking, or hate speech.

• Upload malware, spam, or attempt to scrape platform data.

• Use AI or automated tools to copy, replicate, or mass-download works.

• Misrepresent identity, ownership, or credentials.

Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban.

6. Content Moderation & Enforcement

Artist Armor reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict activity at our discretion to protect the integrity of the community.

We use a three-strike enforcement policy for most violations, but we may take immediate action in severe cases (e.g., harassment, IP theft, or fraud).

Users may appeal moderation decisions via info@artistarmor.com

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Platform—excluding user-generated content—is owned or licensed by Artist Armor, Inc.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded works but grant Artist Armor permission to host and display them as described above.

Unauthorized use, scraping, or reproduction of content from Artist Armor is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination & Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting support.

Artist Armor may terminate or suspend your access if:

• You breach these Terms.

• You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

• We are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, access to your content may be restricted or permanently removed.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Artist Armor provides the Platform “as-is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee sales, visibility, or specific outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Artist Armor is not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages.

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid to Artist Armor in the last six months.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to participate in any class action or jury trial.
