If your artwork is misappropriated by another user after being posted on ArtistArmor.com, Artist Armor may help you take an initial step toward addressing the issue. To be eligible, you must demonstrate that (i) the artwork was originally posted on ArtistArmor.com, (ii) another user removed or bypassed Artist Armor’s security features and used the artwork without authorization, and (iii) you paid the applicable filing fee to initiate a small claims court action. Supporting documentation must be provided. Artist Armor does not provide legal advice, legal services, or legal representation, and does not participate in, manage, or influence any legal action between users. If you independently choose to file a claim in small claims court, Artist Armor may, in its discretion, reimburse you for the standard court filing fee associated with that claim. Reimbursement is limited solely to the filing fee and does not include attorneys’ fees, service of process, damages, settlements, judgments, or any other costs or expenses related to a legal proceeding.
